19-year-old man arrested for a mass shooting at a High School football game, shooting two children
Jai Scott a 19-year-old man was arrested in Mobile, Alabama and is being charged with five counts of attempted murder.
Scott reportedly opened fire at an Alabama High School Football game leaving 5 players injured, including two minor children. One of five is in critical condition.
Shots rang out shortly before 10 p.m. at the Ladd-Peebles Stadium, where the Vigor High School Wolves were taking on the Williamson High School Mighty Lions.
I did not know this but metal detectors are all around this stadium after a shooting in 2019. I am not sure how Scott was able to pass the detector with a gun, but that is something the state has to look into.
