
Liam Kirk a sophomore running back for the Delaware Blue Hens was arrested an charged for groping females at a Penn State football game back on September 18th.
According to reports, Penn State had issued a Timely Warning for a “possible threat to the community” regarding sexual misconduct after students reported, “an unknown male touched them inappropriately without their consent” during that evening’s game against Auburn.
Police investigating the incident found out that Liam Kirk the Sophomore running back from Delaware was arrested for the attack.
Kirk has been charged with three counts of indecent assault, two counts of harassment, and one count of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Kirk has been suspended from team activities, according to Delaware football team.
