Broncos pass rusher Bradley Chubb detained by police for failure to appear in court
Broncos Pro Bowl pass rusher Bradley Chubb has been charged with driving under restraint and expired license plates. A warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court on Aug. 6.
According to 9 News in Denver, Chubb was detained in Arapaho’s County.
Chubb was charged May 6 for misdemeanor driving under restraint and also for having his license plates expired for 60-plus days. He was scheduled to appear in Arapahoe County court on August 6. When he didn’t appear, a warrant was issued for failure to appear. He was detained Tuesday
Chubb has racked up 123 tackles, and 20.5 sacks since entering the NFL in 2018 as the fifth pick in the first round out of North Carolina State. This is a minor offense but looks bad.
