Georgia High School football standout Tyler Fairley dies from COVID-19 after medical neglect from hospital

A Georgia High School football standout is dead days after contracting the rapid spreading Delta variant of COVID-19, according to a report.

According to CBS Channel 46 in Georgia, Tyler Fairley died just days after getting sick.

His mother told CBS that her son was diagnosed on July 23, and 9 days later he passed away.

After testing positive for COVID, she said she took her son to Wellstar Douglas Hospital twice for treatment. The first time she said he was diagnosed with pneumonia and sent home, the second time he was discharged and told to hydrate.

She then immediately rushed him to the Children’s Healthcare in Atlanta were he was immediately intubated.

His mother told the news her son did not receive proper medical attention. His mother has been getting attacked because Tyler was not vaccinated.

“People have been attacking me saying he should have gotten vaccinated, but what about the level of care that he did not get,” Nettles said.

We at NFL Draft Diamonds are praying heavily for Mrs. Nettles and the young man’s family, friends, and teammates.
