What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2022 NFL Draft?
My work ethic and attitude towards the game! I give too much to the game to where nobody can ever compete with me.
At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?
As soon as I came out of the wound haha, I knew I loved the game when I was playing peewee and I had a special talent and advantage towards everyone else.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
That no matter what obstacle comes my way I’ll still give them 100% maximum effort.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
To the Children’s Hospital, they deserve everything in the world!
What is the best advice you have ever received?
That “Everything happens for a reason” took that to heart and ran with it.
Who was your childhood hero?
We got a lot of players that get overlooked in that locker room. You got guys like Josh Murray, Tim Walton, Drew Robinson, Johnthan Giles, and Jack Nance. There’s plenty more but those guys’ work ethic proves that they need a chance.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Lying that’s probably the biggest one.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
Being comfortable with the uncomfortable, my parents divorcing at an early age.
Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?
My school is welcoming! No matter where you are from or what your race is, Texas Southern will bring you in like it is your own home! Something that is special about the school is that they will help you get you where you need to be at the end of the day after graduation and with internships.
What is your favorite snack food?
Rice Crispy Treats
What is the best part of football?
Being able to release my aggression in a healthy manner while also executing plays successfully.
If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?
A hard worker teammate that’ll never let anyone looking up to him down.
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Chief Keef, Pooh Shiesty, & Khalil Mack. I chose these people because I look up to them in many different kinds of ways. They set a great example in life on how to move a certain way no matter your situation in life.
