1.What sets you apart from other running backs?

What sets me apart from other RB’s is that when I’m in the game I believe I’m the best player on the field and I try to showcase that with how I play.

2.What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

I’m looking forward to being back to a normal football schedule with fans in the stands and a normal football atmosphere again.

3.What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

When I’m on the field I bring a win at all cost energy, I’m not the one to back down from anyone when I’m on the field.

4. How do you prepare for games?

Pre-game I usually just try to hydrate and just listen to music and stretch.

5.What is a moment that improved you as a football player?

Coming into my freshman year and going against the older defensive players in practice, because it helped me become a better blocking running back.

6.What past or present NFL coach would you want to learn from the most and why?

Brandon Staley because we come from the same town in Perry, OH and because I want to know if some of the things I learned throughout playing football correlates with his teachings of the game.

7.What should people know about Josh Petruccelli the person?

I’m a competitor, I’m not okay with losing in anything in life.

8.What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

Know your assignment and excel at what you’re supposed to do that given play. Also be coachable don’t act like you know everything.

9.Who is the person that has helped you the most to become the football player you are today?

My father, he coached me my whole life growing up and taught me so much about the game and is the reason I’m where I’m at right now.

10. How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

Take on the challenges head-on don’t deter from the task at hand.

11.What stands out about your film?

I’m physical whether I’m blocking or running the ball, I’ll hit you no matter the play.

12.What is one thing that you love about the game of football?

Just being around the team and of course winning.
