Julio Jones is getting traded to the Tennessee Titans for at least a 2nd round pick
The Tennessee Titans are about to land the best wide receivers in the NFL. According to Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport the Falcons are trading the star pass catcher to the Titans for at least a second round pick.
Falcons and Titans still are discussing whether the package for Julio Jones will be a second- and a fifth-round pick, or a second-round pick with a swap of other picks, per sources. But the belief is the agreement will get done.
The Titans currently don’t have enough salary cap space to take on Jones’ $15.3 million guaranteed salary. So they are going to have to either restructure his deal or release someone.
