1. How do you prepare for games?

I prepare for games with the basics: Prayer, film, my playbook, and what needs to be done to help my team win. Then my own method that I keep to myself to make sure I’m on point.

2. What should everyone know about Jacquez Hall the person?

Picture a lion in human form. Jacquez has everything you can find in a lion. Great leadership. Very humble and tenacious and love those who are around him. One thing about him is he’s always smiling and an energy-giving battery.

3. What sets you apart from other running backs?

Heart. I’m a small back but the thing is I play like I’m 6’3 maybe 200 pounds. People think it’s because I’m little, my heart is too but that’s not the case. That’s why I have it tattooed on my arms “Heart Over Height”.

4.What past or present NFL coach would you want to learn from the most and why?

Bum Phillips. Earl Campbell is my all-time favorite running back and was coach by Coach Phillips, if anybody knows “The Tyler Rose” then they’d know his game. I just wanna experience that back in the day coaching and see how Earl Campbell became to great.

5. What is a moment in your football career that improved you as a football player?

Knowing that I can always be replaced on the depth chart and perfecting my craft as a player.

6. What are you looking forward to this upcoming season?

I’m looking forward to knowing that I have another chance to chase my dream with my family. We’re on the same mission just a different year.

7. What do you love about the game of football?

The different levels of adversity it gives. It’s gonna either make me or break me and I’m not allowing my teammates or myself to get broken.

8 What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

It’s the small things. Do those things right and the big things will come and you will succeed.

9. Who are the people who have helped you become the football player you are today the most and why?

God, family and my coach and teammates, and last but not least… myself. Why because I’ve grown and shown the abilities God gave me and they make sure I reach more than my full potential in what I do because they know I can do it.

10 How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I treat the game as life itself. Challenges are just the adversity God throws at you to see how you will react and with me, I find a way to get around anything no matter how big or small. Failure isn’t a option in my book.

11. What is your favorite run and why?

Zones are my favorite runs. It’s really fun to hide behind my bug guys, getting lost in the mix and just exploding out the hole like a cannonball. It’s amazing.

12.What are your biggest traits on the football field?

My biggest trait is getting done what needs to be done. Whether it’s picking up a free Blitzer or helping double team even after the pass, I will get down the field to block. Also, I’m an all-around player. Wherever the coach needs me to be I’m there to make a play.
