1.What sets you apart from other wide receivers?

My game is complete from route running, catching, and blocking in the run game. 

2.If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

It’d have to be Antonio Brown because I admire his work ethic and would want to get a workout session in with him. 

3.What is your mindset when you are on the football field?

I focus on one play at a time and winning my matchup.

4.What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

As a kid I tried a multitude of sports to figure out what I liked best and I gravitated to football naturally.  

5.What are your favorite things about playing football for Western Illinois?

The tradition that comes with the program, it’s a historically great program that is used to winning and the team is prided on bringing that culture back. 

6.What should people know about Dennis Houston the person?

I pride myself on being a hard working individual in every facet of my life, I just want to be in a position where I can provide for the people I love. 

7.What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

Attention to detail as simple as that sounds, the most simple mistakes lose games. 

8.What is your favorite workout?

I don’t have a favorite workout, I enjoy the entire process of getting ready to play the game. 

9.What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

I’m not the most vocal teammate but I do bring positive energy and intensity with my play style.  

10.What would a team get in a player like you?

A versatile player that can do anything asked of, I understand what it takes to win and situational football. 

11.What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

Winning games and making plays for my team.

12.What role do you hope to have if you make it into the NFL?

Wide receiver
