Yesterday, it was lost in the shuffle of the NFL Draft, but the Steelers signed a veteran free agent around the sixth round of the draft.
We learned that DeMarkus Acy the former Missouri cornerback was signed by the Steelers.
Acy was a three-year starter at Missouri with 99 total tackles, 23 pass breakups and three interceptions in 47 career games.
Former Mizzou DB DeMarkus Acy went undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft, but quickly found a home as an undrafted free agent. He has played on the 49ers and Seahawks.
