Former Titans superstar Albert Haynesworth receives a new kidney!!! He is feeling better
Back in 2019, Albert Haynesworth was hospitalized with kidney failure and was asking for help through social media because he needed a kidney transplant.
Well the former Titans star found a donor and is feeling a lot better! Nearly 2 years later, Haynesworth found his match, a physical therapist assistant from Arkansas named Zach Penny, and underwent successful surgery in April to receive the new kidney!!
Haynesworth told Paul Kuharsky that he is feeling better and had some powerful words for Zach Penny, his living angel!
“This kind hearted selfless human being drove seven hours from Arkansas to give me one of his kidneys!” Haynesworth said on Instagram. “This is one of the happiest days of my life next to the birth of my kids.” “
