Tell us about your university/college. What is your major/minor? Did you participate in any other activities, campus organizations or internships other than football?
I have grown up being a fan of Oklahoma State. It is like home to me! I have a minor in sports management, a bachelor’s degree in business management, and a masters certificate in leisure studies.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?
My work ethic and knowledge of the game.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?
I see my role as being dynamic and being able to play any position. Being able to help the OL in whatever position is needed. I see my role as someone that brings toughness and knowledge to the OL.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?
Darius Stills from WVU or Jaxon Player from Tulsa.

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?
Dillon Stoner! His work ethic is amazing and his character on and off the field is great.

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.
One of my biggest struggles that I overcame was when my OL coach at Oklahoma State told me that I wasn’t athletic enough or good enough to play/start. I overcame this by hard work, technique, film study, studying the playbook and proving that I could be trusted to play.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?
I played all sports in high-school, but I would have to say baseball.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?
The thing that I am most proud of is proving that I could play at the D1 level and be depended on. My biggest achievement is getting put on scholarship and being a semifinalist for the Burlsworth Trophy.

Describe one of the most memorable moments of your collegiate career.
Getting my first start in 2018 vs. WVU and winning the game after being down at half time.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?
My favorite player would have to be JJ Watt. Jason Kelce is a player that I watch film on and try to model.

Why do you play football? Who or what motivates you the most?
I have always enjoyed football and I love being with all my teammates. There is nowhere else that you can build a bond with guys like you do with your teammates. My mom motivates me the most!
