1.What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

I think that the first key is always preparation whether its film study or on field work just preparing for the game.

2.What sets you apart from other tight ends?

My skill set and how I can help team’s but right I feel like my receiving ability is my strength.

3.What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

I feel like I bring the same thing everyday and consistency.

4.What are your favorite moments from your football life?

In college was the previous season against Pitt and we beat them on the road and that was like my first game back near where I live.

5.What is your favorite workout?

Hang cleans and power cleans and I feel like the NC State weight room was really good for stuff like that.

6.What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

Just growing up around sports was huge and football was always a part of my life my grandpa coached in new York and my dad and uncle played it. I just feel like football was always a part of my life.

7.What role do you hope to have if you make it into the NFL?

Basically whatever the team needs whether it’s special teams or offense. I’m willing to do whatever to make the team better.

8.If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why? 

Probably Chad Johnson, just seeing him growing up and he’s on all these talk shows I just feel like he’s a fun guy to hang out with.

9.What were your favorite things about playing football for NC State?

The culture at NC State was really established as a blue-collar mentality and getting underrated guys and being able to turn them into something is a huge part of the culture there.

10.What would a team get in a player like you?

I feel I bring an all-around game whether that’s the passing game, running game, and special teams whatever the team needs I can do.

11.What has been your biggest challenge in life?

I don’t think that it’s the biggest challenge in life but the whole transferring thing going from USC to NC State it was kinda hard going to a new school.

12.What is your mindset when you are on the football field?

Basically, execute what you practice all week because in college what you do in practice most of the time basically leads to how you perform. So I prepare to make sure I execute and make my assignments.
