Right now, people are not talking about you as much, they have kind of forgotten about Quincy Roche. It has an underdog story kind of, why do you think they are forgetting you?

I am a guy that was never highly recruited out of high school, so I went to Temple University. I was a one-star (not even), and I was never recruited by a Power 5 school. I may not be the biggest guy, which likely contributes to me being underrated, but to be honest, that is okay with me. I would not have it any other way.  A lot of Temple University players are overlooked.  That is the way it is always been, and I am ok with proving people wrong.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about _____________?

For the last four years, I have constantly produced. I have consistently produced every year I stepped on the field.  I am a great leader, I love to be around my team, and I put the team first. I am even willing to play special teams.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

Mental Health – I think Mental Health is very important. The importance of Mental Health is starting to be talked about more. I feel people do not realize how big of an impact it can have on your daily life. Many do not know this about me, Mental Health is near and dear to my heart. I was born with Tourette Syndrome. It is something that I have had to deal with my entire life. It is not something that debilitates me, but when I was younger It was a struggle. Now I am able to use my story to inspire someone else.

Who was your childhood hero?

My parents are my childhood heroes. They set a great example. I am blessed to say I grew up with both of my parents. There are a lot of African American men that did not have that same privilege. I cannot thank my Mother and Father enough for their support.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at _____________?

D’Eric King

What is your biggest pet peeve?

I was not expecting that question. I would have to say my biggest pet peeve is when you run into someone who does not respond well to adversity. At some point, everyone is going to have to run into adversity, it is how you get through it.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

Tourette Syndrome, you may not see the struggles I have right now, but when I was in elementary school sitting in class, and doing things that are not in my control, it was rough. Because kids are rough. If you have a child you know how rough kids can be. So I have had times that I was embarrassed, but this is something that I had to work on to conquer.

Tell me something about ___________ and why it is so special to you?

It is different. It is a culture where you can be yourself. You do not have to be someone you’re not. You also live in Miami! It is great weather, you practice in top humidity. It is unique, and the location is unique.

What is your favorite snack food?

Fruit Snacks like Gushers

The NFL Draft is quickly approaching, If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

All I get is one? I have to think about this one. I had to scratch and claw to get this far, so I am going to keep on fighting to see how far I can go.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Shaquil Barrett of the Buccaneers – He is explosive off the edge, he is willing to play in the run game. He is versatile that can drop in coverage. He has great bend off the edge and can use his hands well.  He has a high motor.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Definitely Kobe! Kobe Bryant is number 1, Ray Lewis, and Floyd Mayweather Jr.! I chose them because they are the best at what they do. I love their mentality and I would love to sit down and pick their brain.
