Body Camera Footage released of the OVI arrest of Ohio State safety Marcus Hooker | He was out cold with his foot on the brake

Marcus Hooker is a solid football player for Ohio State University. He is also in trouble with the law, after he was arrested on March 13th, 2021 outside of the McDonald’s in Columbus, Ohio.

Columbus police released this bodycam video showing the OVI (operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs) arrest of the safety.

Hooker was out cold and tipped over in the car. His foot was still on the brake, and the car was still in drive. The police tried to wake him up and that did not work. They then turned on the sirens which startled him for a second and he went back to sleep. Then the cops resorted to breaking his window to apprehend him.

Hooker refused to take a field sobriety test and was arrested. He is expected in court for his arrest on April 12th.

Hooker is a New Castle, Pennsylvania standout and the younger brother of NFL Free Agent Malik Hooker. Hooker has a problem with drinking and driving. He was cited for DUI in Pennsylvania back in 2018 and was suspended by the team. He really could use some help. They should force him to take Alcoholics Anonymous.
