Are the Raiders shopping QB Derek Carr? Imagine this three way trade?

Derek Carr Raiders
Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is a sleeper in the NFL, but could the Raiders look to move the former Fresno State gunslinger?

The Las Vegas Raiders could be in the market for a new quarterback. According to Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Journal, many believe that the Raiders will field calls for quarterback Derek Carr.

Bonsignore feels the demand for Carr will be high and could result in a three way trade in which the Raiders would receive Deshaun Watson.

Bonsignore feels the Raiders could land 2 first round picks for Carr. With the recent trade for Matthew Stafford I will not put it past any team to trade a bunch of picks for a starting quarterback.

With COVID-19 happening now, and scouts not being able to get a good look at college prospects, I would not be surprised if a team would be more willing to give up draft picks for a proven player like Carr.

In his career, Carr has thrown for 26,896 yards and has 170 touchdowns and just 71 interceptions. He has a 64.4 percent career completion percentage. He is no push over.

I am not sure where Carr would land, but I can think of some pretty interesting trade scenarios.

Imagine the Raiders sending Derek Carr to Carolina with a 2nd round pick, Deshaun Watson headed to the Raiders, and the Texans landing the 8th pick in the NFL Draft and the 17th overall pick from the Raiders in 2021.

The Panthers would get a proven veteran quarterback, the Texans would have two first round picks to draft a quarterback, and the Raiders would land Watson. The Raiders would basically give up a 1st, and 2nd, and the Panthers would give up their first.

I mean crazier things have happened right?
