Could the Eagles package Carson Wentz and left tackle Andre Dillard together?
The Indianapolis Colts need a left tackle after Anthony Castonzo retired, but they also need a quarterback.
We know that the Colts have been in trade talks with the Eagles, and there have been rumors that the Colts have the best deal on the table. The Eagles would like to land a first round pick for the quarterback but have not been able to land that offer yet.
So here is my question, could the Colts throw their first and a second from next year to the Eagles for Wentz and left tackle Andre Dillard?
Dillard is expected to battle Joran Mailata to be the left tackle this year. Many fans believe that Mailata has proven he is the better player. Dillard on the other hand is a very young, but also a former high draft pick.
Could the Colts land Dillard and Wentz from the Eagles for a first in 2021 and a second in 2022? Maybe the Colts have to throw in another late round pick in 2021 but overall this could be a huge win for both teams.
