Alabama high school football player Keejay Blount dies after collapsing at a local rec center

Keejay Blount was a big defensive tackle for the Albertsville Aggies, who collapsed and died while at the local rec center in Alabama.

Keejay Blount was a big boy and a very solid player on the Albertville High School football team. The 6’2, 270 pound defensive tackle for the Aggie football program was at a local rec center when he collapsed Wednesday afternoon.

According to officials with the Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater, medical officials arrived quickly and began treatment. Unfortunately, Keejay did not make it.

Please keep the Blount family in your prayers during this very tough time. We at NFL Draft Diamonds are sending prayers to the family and the school.
