It feels like the NFL wants the Chiefs to continue to win, not one staff member was hired by another team
Do you know how great the Kansas City Chiefs are? They are going to back to back Super Bowls and have been in the AFC Championship three years in a row.
The crazy thing is this year there were tons of job vacancies for head coaches, as well as General Managers, and guess what team had zero coaches or personnel plucked?
If you were to guess the Chiefs you are a smart person. Think of this, Eric Bieniemy was once again passed over. The quarterbacks coach Mike Kafka is also returning. Shoot no one interviewed defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, everyone is coming back to Andy Reid.
The Front Office is still intact too. Ryan Poles had an interview with the Panthers, Brant Tillis also had an interview with the Panthers, but both return.
The Chiefs still have Mahomes, Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce under contract. I mean, I don’t get it. How are these coaches and personnel not getting plucked, yet several Patriots personnel get jobs. It is pretty wild because this team is entering dynasty mode, and the rest of the NFL is just watching it happen.
Eric Bieniemy not getting a job is criminal, and when David Culley who was the worst passing game coordinator in the NFL lands a head coaching job above him, the Chiefs should have all the fire power they need to dominate next year.
The NFL is funny, they do some half assed things. They blow my mind. I guess no one wants the Chiefs to lose. Let’s just keep the same team and coaches who are dominating week in and week out together for another ten years. What the heck!
