Breaking: Titans are expected to workout former James Madison WR Rashard Davis this week
We are learning that former James Madison University wide receiver Rashard Davis is expected to work out of the Tennessee Titans this week.
As a senior, Davis played in all 15 games, making 12 starts. He set JMU and CAA single-season record with an FCS-best four punt returns for a touchdown. He had 15 punt returns for a JMU single-season record 426 yards and four scores.
The Charlottesville, Virginia native was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent back in 2017. He has also played for the Raiders, Chiefs and last year in November was on the Titans practice squad.
The Titans will revisit the former Dukes prospect. Davis is a speedy wide out that stands at 5’9 and weighs right around 200 pounds. In high school Davis was a dual threat quarterback and a first team all district player.
