Can Joe Mixon returning from an injury, boost the Bengals over the undefeated Steelers?

Joe Mixon injury update
Joe Mixon returning from his injured foot could give the Bengals a much needed push over the undefeated Steelers.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are red hot but they are not the only team playing extremely well right now. They had two weeks to prepare for their rivals. The Bengals were on a bye last week and that means Joe Mixon was able to rest another week.

Joe Mixon has missed the past several weeks with a foot injury, but the Bengals back returning could give the team a huge boost.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have one of the best defense’s in the NFL, and they are allowing the sixth-least fantasy points to running backs, but that is when Joe Mixon shines.

The Bengals can use Mixon as a passing threat out of the backfield. I have to believe that Mixon will want to play the Steelers. He was week-to-week before the Browns game, so you have to think the bye gave him an additional week to rest and come back ready.

The Bengals have received a huge spark from Joe Burrow and company and I think they can move the ball on the Steelers. I mean the Dallas Cowboys were in the game until the last play of the game.

If the Cowboys can stay in the game against the Steelers, the Bengals can hang with them. I am going out on a limb and calling a shock. The Bengals get the W and it is in large part because Joe Mixon returns to play and has a huge game.
