Fantasy Studs Week 8 Andrew Van Ginkel
Andrew Van Ginkel and the Miami Dolphins defense/special teams unit was impressive in week 8. They were our Fantasy Studs.

We thought after week 8 of the National Football League it would be important to breakdown the top players at each position in Fantasy Football. There were some insane football games in week 8, some that went down to the wire, and some that had teams winning we did not expect. Let’s break down the top 5 fantasy studs of week 8.

Quarterback

Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs – The Chiefs QB had himself a day. He threw the ball 42 times for 416 yards and racked up 5 touchdowns through the air. Mahomes was a dog today, he was by far the most impressive quarterback in the NFL.

Running Back

Dalvin Cook, Minnesota Vikings – Boy did the Vikings miss him. Cook tore it up today for four total touchdowns. He ran the ball 30 times for 163 yards averaging 5.4 yards per carry. He singlehandly beat the Green Bay Packers.

Wide Receiver

D.K. Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks – D.K. is turning into a superstar in front of our eyes. He hauled in 12 receptions for 161 yards and scored two touchdowns. Metcalf will continue to dominate too because he is a freak athlete.

Tight End

Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs – Kelce continues to prove why he is a top-rated player in the NFL. Kelce finished the game with 8 receptions for 109 yards and a touchdown. He was a dog today, and the Chiefs won easily against the Jets.

Defense/Special Teams

Miami Dolphins Defense and Special Teams was impressive today. Jakeem Grant scored on a punt return, the Dolphins had a scoop and score touchdown by Andrew Van Ginkel, they finished with 2 sacks and 2 interceptions. They were impressive.
