Fantasy Duds: Week 11 NFL players that did not show up to play in Fantasy

Matt Ryan Falcons Fantasy Duds
Matt Ryan was not very good looking this week against the Drew Brees’less Saints. I am not sure how that happens, but the Falcons did not show up.

We thought after week 11 of the National Football League it would be important to breakdown the top players at each position who forgot to show up in Fantasy Football. There were some insane football games in week 11, some that went down to the and some that had teams winning we did not expect. Let’s break down the top 5 fantasy duds of week 11.

Quarterback

Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons – You were playing your division rival without Drew Brees. How did you come out and perform? You threw the ball 37 times, were sacked 8 times, and only completed 19 passes. The bad thing is you had two completions to the other team, and ZERO TOUCHDOWNS through the air. I am sorry that is not good enough.

Running Back

Damien Harris, New England Patriots – The former Alabama running back needs to get the ball more. I am not going to put him on blast because I feel he should be getting at least 20 carries a game. The running back position as a whole this year has been so underutilized. Only four running backs this week touched the ball 20 times. That is insane to me.

Wide Receiver

Marquise Brown, Baltimore Ravens – The Ravens number 1 wide receiver this week was Dez Bryant. He was called up from the practice squad. When is Marquise Brown going to step up. Hollywood, you are not playing up to your name. You were targeted three times yesterday and walked away with zero receptions, for zero yards.

Tight End

Mo Alie Cox, Indianapolis Colts – I know I should not be expecting much from Cox, but I picked him up because my tight end was on a bye this week and boy did he give me one of the most lackluster performances. He finished with 2 receptions for 16 yards and he fumbled once. I could have used a little more than that.

Defense

Detroit Lions – I mean you let an XFL quarterback hang 20 on you and you could not do anything to slow him down. PJ Walker shredded your defense and punched you in the mouth. Matt Patricia should be fired after that performance. He is supposed to be a defensive mind.
