A 27-year-old father is killed and his 7-year-old son is recovering after getting shot at a Youth Football Game in Jacksonville, Florida.

Cops are hunting for a person responsible for opening fire at a youth football game on the fields next to Arlington Heights Elementary School in Duval County, per TMZ Sports.

Darnell Coach Dee Dorsey posted this video on his Facebook account, showing the kids running for their lives.

This was just a normal football game until 4 gunshots ring out. You can see the players all get down on the ground and eventually begin to run away.

Cops describe the shooter as a man wearing a hoodie and a mask — who jumped out of a grey SUV and fired the shots, before jumping back in the vehicle and driving away.

If anyone has any information please reach out to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at (904) 630-0500 or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS (8477) to remain anonymous.

The little man is expected to recover according to reports, but his father is dead at the age of 27.
