Wesley Green is familiar with getting in trouble over a female. The former Indiana Hoosiers defensive back was arrested in 2018 on misdemeanor domestic battery charges from an argument with his then girlfriend.
Well Green is in the news again, this time the former IU football player is being charged for beating his female roommate. He reportedly struck her in the face and head multiple times breaking her eye socket and causing her brain to bleed.
The woman reported Green raped her and then struck her in the face and head multiple times, which caused injuries, including a fractured eye socket and a brain bleed, police said. She was taken to the IU Health Bloomington Hospital for assessment Monday and was later transported via LifeLine ambulance to IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis due to the seriousness of her injuries, per IDS News.
Green was a four-star prospect out of Lithonia, Ga., when he signed with the Gamecocks in 2014.
Green came to Indiana to play after starting at the University of South Carolina back in 2014. After not getting on the field he left and sat out a year to play at Indiana. Green played against Purdue and Maryland in the 2016 season but was suspended indefinitely from the program. In 2017 he was suspended again and dismissed from the program. Then in 18, he was arrested for the battery charge. The writing was on the wall, Wesley Green needed some help. He obviously has some issues.
