Breaking: Buffalo Bills are expected to work out TE Alex Ellis

The Buffalo Bills are expected to work out former Tennessee Volunteers tight end Alex Ellis. The Bills tight ends room is currently in COVID-19 protocol so this could be a depth move.

We at NFL Draft Diamonds are learning that the Buffalo Bills are hosting former Tennessee Vols tight end Alex Ellis. Ellis was an undrafted free agent signed by the Tennessee Titans in 2016.

Ellis has played for the Titans, Jaguars, Saints, Chiefs, Eagles, and Patriots. Ellis currently has 3 receptions for 11 yards in his career in the NFL.

In college at Tennessee, Ellis finished his career with 14 career receptions and 232 yards and one touchdown. Ellis can block as well catch. With the Bills tight ends room currently in COVID-19 protocol the Bills could be bringing in several tight ends to play.

The Bills will have to keep Elliss in town for six days before signing him if they do in fact plan to do so.
