Talk about your experience as a student. What is your major/minor? Did you participate in any other activities or campus organizations other than football?
I am currently an Education Studies Major here at Clark Atlanta University. I have my substitute teachers certificate as well as I have put over 120 + hours of students teaching. Also I am on the schools scholar athlete list for having a 3.4 GPA.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?
My football IQ, seeing the game and knowing what’s coming next and how to stop it.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?
I see myself as a leader on my team. Being that I played mostly receiver in high school, my transition to defense was flawless. I can comfortably play any position in the secondary, as well as the outside linebacker/rover position

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?
BJ Mitchell, RB from the University of Mount Union. I haven’t seen more than a handful of people tackle him in open field 1 on 1.

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?
My fellow safety Donald Henry Jr. He has a body frame similar to mine. With his range and speed he can cover the whole field at safety.

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.
Last semester I transferred to CAU. Sadly due to the NCAA 4-4 Transfer rule, I had to sit out and wasn’t able to compete in any games. This was tough on me because not being able to play was hurtful. Regardless, I stayed diligent and was able to be a scholar athlete as well as on the dean’s list at my university.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?
I would run track. I am a Next Level Hurdler as well as a 200 meter runner. I made it to the Florida high school State finals my senior year in track in the 110 hurdles as well as being the anchor leg on the teams 4×1. That was my first year running high school track.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?
My biggest achievement currently would be this past year as a whole. In 2019, I was riddled with family death as well as a plethora of other challenges in my life. Making it through the end of that year showed tremendous discipline, faith, and courage.

Describe one of the most memorable plays of your collegiate career.
My freshman year at the University of Mount Union, we played Ashland University, a Division II team. The first two possessions of the game, I caught back to back interceptions. You can see it in my highlight film. That was the first time I ever caught more than 1 interception in the game.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?
Not necessarily a favorite team, but my favorite athlete of all time is Muhammad Ali, the tenacity and strength he brought to the table hasn’t been seen in decades.

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?
I have two favorite artists, Youngboy Never Broke again and Sada Baby. A good mix of them two, as well as some Chief keef will get you pumped before anything you do.

What is your favorite comfort food?
Seafood. I love things like crab legs, shrimp, etc.

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies? Any secret talents?
In my free time I am either working out or studying film. From time to time I may play Madden or NBA 2k. I also understand fluent spanish.

Who or what motivates you the most?
The Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. His love drives me every day.
