Brain Suite was a former Utah State starting safety who lost his long battle with a very rare form of cancer.

Brian Suite the three year starting safety for Utah State passed away earlier this week after a courageous battle with a very rare cancer called soft tissue sarcoma.

Suite was just 28 years old, but the former Aggie will always be remembered for his heart and dedication for the game.

Suite started 40 of the 41 career games he played in. He finished his career with 226 tackles, including eight interceptions and 21 pass breakups.

Suite was a fighter and a true warrior on the gridiron. He was also very bright off the field. He was a three time academic all-conference honoree from Utah State with a degree in Business Administration.

Suite played for the Detroit Lions in the preseason of the 2015 season, and it was considered a highlight of his life.
