Patriots owner Robert Kraft wins again in court, Sex Spa Video Blocked AGAIN
It sure does pay to have money. Robert Kraft the Patriots owner won in court again, which blocked the release of a video which reportedly shows the owner receiving sexual acts in a massage spar parlor. The court ruled it inadmissible, again.
The 79 year old owner had a rack of attorneys to defended him and won the case.
According to TMZ Sports, judges sided with the New England owner — saying in a lengthy opinion that cops screwed up in the way they went about recording video inside of the spa.
In the opinion, the judges say Kraft — and others who received legitimate non-sexual massages — had a reasonable right to privacy inside the facility.
This could be a huge blow if it was released, it would definitely be embarrassing.
