What is your major/minor? Did you participate in any other activities or campus organizations other than football?
General studies major, with a primary focus in criminal justice, addiction drug studies, and personal health.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?
Being able to get to know each and every one of my teammates on a personal level.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?
Kind of a unique player type. Spread offense creates a better match up in size against a safety as well as speed against a linebacker. On the other hand I will stick my hand in the dirt and play very physically. This is why I am listed as TE/FB. I also led my team with the most special teams tackles in 2019 with 8.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?
Kenneth Murray jr. (Oklahoma LB)

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?
Elijah Reed (safety) is a very unique player who I get to go head to head with every practice.

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.
I was diagnosed with epilepsy as a kid and was told if I got another concussion I would be done with contact sports. As a junior in high school it was found that I actually outgrew it and it was no longer a struggle I had to deal with every day.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?
Wrestling. I had a 160-20 win-loss high school record.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?
Proving that a tight end on the shorter side of the spectrum can play at one of the highest levels of college football.

Describe one of the most memorable plays of your collegiate career.
Last game Junior year against #4 ranked South Dakota State University. Caught a corner route near the sideline and put on the breaks as the defender flew by and ran it into the end zone to put the nail in the coffin and help secure the upset win.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?
Travis Kelce. Love the way he plays the game both from a blocking and receiving perspective.

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?
Lil T-Jay or Juice World.

What is your favorite comfort food?
Mom’s homemade lasagne.

Do you have a favorite movie or actor?
Either Adam Sandler, or Will Ferrell.

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies? Any secret talents?
Love to golf but will definitely hop on 2k as well.

Who or what motivates you the most?
Making it to the league. Been a dream of mine since I was a kid and it motivates me everyday to make that dream come true.
