Texas College football player Ashton Price was shot and killed in Las Vegas
Ashton Price was a big boy, who stood at 6’5, and was a football player for Texas College. The wide receiver was shot and killed earlier this month.
Price was one of two men shot at about 3:15 a.m. on August 1st in a house illegally rented for a party at 5770 Ruby Creek Drive in Las Vegas.
We are just learning about this now, so we are sorry about the late news, but Ashton was a fan of Draft Diamonds.
According to the police, he died from a gunshot wound to the chest, he was caught in a crossfire and was an innocent bystander. There was a shoot-out and Price was hit.
Price is from California, and was in Las Vegas for the first time ever with his younger brother Erick Epps Jr. They were set to return to college after the visit in Las Vegas.
Price was a smart kid. He was always talking about the stock market and wanted to eventually work as an investor. He was smart too, he held a 3.8 GPA at Texas College.
We would like to say we are sorry to the family for this tragic event. We ask that you please keep the Price family in your prayers, and to you Ashton, hold it down for us up there. Save me a spot bro! God Bless and Rest in Peace.
