Today, an undrafted free agent wide receiver opted out of the 2020 NFL season. Stephen Guidry of the Cowboys is the first player to opt out of the season as an undrafted free agent.

Guidry is not eligible for the 150,000 dollar salary advance for voluntary opt outs. He will keep his 10,000 dollar signing bonus and will be placed on the Cowboys reserve/voluntary opt-out list.

Many will remember Guidry for his time at Mississippi State. The 6040, 200 pound product hauled in 30 catches for 387 yards and five touchdowns in 2019. This is wild!
