• On game day I try to stay as relaxed as possible. I listen to calm music and some instrumentals to get in the zone. I think about my WHY. Why did I start playing football, who am I playing for other than myself. I walk up and down my teams sideline twice end zone to end zone then when the full team gets to the sideline during the coin toss, I’ll say a prayer with the QB group.

Do you have any hobbies?

• I like to write. I write in a journal just basically telling my story and what I’ve been through throughout my life. It helps me reflect and get things off my mind.

• The biggest influence on my life is my mother because I’ve seen her struggle and she has taught me to never give up and chase what I want. She has made me a strong independent man.
