What is the best restaurant in your hometown city?
• The best restaurant in my hometown is a steakhouse called Rawhides, it’s in a small town about an hour away from where I grew up.
When breaking down your film what will stick out?
• My football IQ and my ability to get hands-on the defender will really stick out in my film.
If you won the lotto, what is the first thing you would do with the money?
• If I won the lotto, the first thing I would do is make sure that my family is taken care of.
What has been your biggest failure?
• My biggest failure happened in my first year at university. I was struggling to adapt to the changes from moving to a different province and the different structure of college and it took me a long time to reach out to get help to get my schooling back on track. I wish I would have reached out sooner.
What do your teammates say is your best quality?
• My teammates say that my dedication to the team is my best quality, I was selected as the most dedicated player for the team this past season.
Who is the hardest working teammate on your team?
• The hardest working teammate on my team is Carter O’Donnell, he just signed with the Indianapolis Colts and he deserves it!
Have you ever had a nickname? What is it?
• My nickname is Pete, my friends are not very creative.
What is your degree in, if you do not make it as a football player, what is your dream job?
• I am working towards my Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance, my dream job is to coach football at a professional or semi-professional level. I have been volunteer coaching for the past 9 years and I really enjoy giving back to the football community in that way!
What is your coolest life moment?
• One of the coolest experiences I have had was representing Canada at the International Bowl in 2015.
What song would you sing at Karaoke night?
• Beer for My Horses by Toby Keith & Willie Nelson, I can really nail the chorus.
If you could pick any actor to play you in a movie, who are you picking?
• Jon Bernthal, he brings a lot of passion to all of his roles.
Who is your favorite football team?
• Chicago Bears
If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
• Warning: Don’t poke the bear.

What is your biggest fear?
• My biggest fear is that I reach a point in life where I reflect and can’t say that I’ve done something meaningful with my life.
Who is the most underrated player in the NFL?
• Cody Whitehair, he plays very well at the center position and doesn’t always get the recognition he warrants.
Take us through game day, How do you prepare?
• I like to get a good night’s sleep. I’ll have a bowl of spaghetti 4 hours before kickoff and be at the field 3 hours before. Once I’m at the stadium I’ll throw my headphones on and go on the field and do a light warm-up before we come out as a team. After the warm-up I review my goals that I have for that game.
Do you have any hobbies?
• I enjoy playing basketball and I play the guitar.
If you had to compare yourself to someone in the NFL, who would that be?
• Lane Johnson, he finishes blocks consistently and that is something that I try to incorporate into my game.
Who has been the biggest influence on your life and explain why?
• The biggest influence on my life is my parents. They have supported me through everything that I have been through in my life and I’m very grateful for that.
What motivates you to work hard?
• My motivation comes from my love of the game and not wanting to let my teammates down.
