Take us through game day, how do you prepare?
•The essentials: get a good night’s sleep, eat a good breakfast, and make sure I’m hydrated. Then I roll out and stretch a lot, all while listening to music.

•I enjoy golfing when I have free time.

•TJ Watt
Who has been the biggest influence on your life and explain why?
•My dad because he has always pushed me to be the best person I can be and taught me that nothing worthwhile comes without a lot of hard work and sacrifice.
What motivates you to work hard?
• My desire to be the best and to never be average. Working hard has become a habit and it has made me a better person and athlete.
