When breaking down your film what will stick out?

•  When breaking down film the things that stick out to me are the little things no one really pays attention to because I got to focus on the details and make sure I’m perfect.

If you won the lotto, what is the first thing you would do with the money?

• If I won the lotto the first thing I’d do is spoil my mama because she deserves it

What has been your biggest failure?

•  My biggest failure was getting in my head in certain situations. I know my teammates, as well as my coaches, needed me to show up and show out and I know within the role I stepped into because I had set goals for myself to achieve throughout my Junior season but I’d get upset or frustrated when I’d come up short in certain situations or things didn’t go my way, but I’ve begun working on the little things so I won’t have this failure again.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?

• My teammates would say my best quality is that I’m committed. The reason being is that I show up on time to meetings , practice as well as sticking around with a program that’s rebuilding. Regardless I could’ve left like anyone else but I’m here at my school for a reason building up something for the people who come in after me.

Who is the hardest working teammate on your team?

• I have a lot of hardworking teammates but my teammate that stands out to me when it comes to working hard is Moises Gonzalez. This teammate of mine is someone I consider a brother and honestly pushes me to be a better receiver on and off the field. He does the extra things that not too many people do and when it comes to film he points out the little things we don’t see or makes suggestions that can help better our skill and mindset. He was a phenomenal captain our Junior year and he’s definitely someone I look up to.

Have you ever had a nickname? What is it?

• Yes I have a few and they are Hakim “The Dream”  , Keem , (Two Family Nicknames) POOKS and Pops

What is your degree in, if you do not make it as a football player, what is your dream job?

• My degree is in History, and I will make it I don’t plan on selling my self short because some people don’t see it being easy. My dream job is being in the league for many years to come. I am MANIFESTING it and speaking it into existence.

• Devante Adams from the Packers, he is a dawg on that field, his routes are crisp and his hands are nice. If you really pay attention to the routes he runs he creates so much separation.

Take us through game day, How do you prepare?

• Wake up early as 6 AM Pray listen to worship while getting ready then meet up with my team eat and head up to the locker room then get read and go warm up individually first to visualize what I plan on doing. I pray at the goalpost near our scoreboard then meet with my QB focus on short routes then deep ball connection then head back down to meet with my team to warm up together before the game

• I have a few hobbies I play video games, draw/paint as well as write to help clear my mind when I’m either stressed or bored.

If you had to compare yourself to someone in the NFL, who would that be?

Who has been the biggest influence on your life and explain why?

• The biggest influencer in my life is my oldest brother JP because without him I wouldn’t be where I am today and playing the game I so dearly love

What motivates you to work hard?

• Some of the things that motivate me to make me work hard is that I personally feel I have to prove people who doubted me wrong, The thought of making it out of a D3 makes me go harder because I know people who said I should’ve went to different school but in all honesty I know I’m talented And work hard and I believe they will find me regardless of the name of my school or the division
