2021 NFL Draft Prospect: David Moore, OG, Grambling State University

David Moore Grambling state
Grambling State offensive lineman David Moore is one of the best offensive guards in the HBCU and in college football. The kid will rise up NFL Draft Boards.

We at NFL Draft Diamonds recently sat down with David Moore the mean offensive lineman from Grambling State University. He quickly grew on me and I wanted to know more about him.

The Grambling offensive line is pretty damn good. They have William Waddell to go along with Moore. Moore knows what it takes to make it to the next level. He played on the same team with Trent Scott of the Los Angeles Chargers who was signed in 2018 as an undrafted free agent and has started 10 games in the NFL.

When you look at offensive guards, you tend to fall in love with the type of guard you like the most. For me, I like mean and aggressive offensive guards. I want a guy that can pull, a guy that is looking to play whistle to whistle, and a guy who will straight up blow a defender up. You have to have an “F-U” attitude on the field and David Moore has that. He has been starting several years now for the Tigers.

His teammate William Waddell said it best when breaking down his “Bash Brother” David Moore.

He is 6’3” 320 all muscle, runs like a deer and is incredibly explosive. This guy can actually easily do front and backflips and dunk a basketball. We really challenge each other to be better everyday.

You do not have to like it, but you have to accept it, Grambling State offensive line in 2020 is going to be nasty! You heard it here first!

NFL Draft Diamonds Scouting Notes:

David Moore is one of the best small school interior lineman in the entire country let alone the FCS. The Little Rock, Arkansas native has a mean streak. He is built like a truck and looks like a starting NFL guard. He stands at 6030 and weighs 320 pounds. He looks to dominate defenders at the point of attack and is great in the run game. He is going to dominate whoever is in front of him, regardless of level of competition. – Damond Talbot, NFL Draft Diamonds, Owner
