Tell us about your university/college. Did you participate in any other activities or campus organizations other than football?

I attend Morehead State University which is known as a small school in which everyone knows each other. Our university is built around unity and we focus on everyone being able to communicate with one another and greet each other with a smile. Football is the only activity I participated in besides a few on campus activities such as talent shows, karaoke night etc.

How did you end up at Morehead State?

Making the decision to play at Morehead State was not easy but well worth it. I decided to come to Morehead State after transferring from a NAIA school and the coach I had played for had moved up to Morehead State as well and helped me get recruited.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?

My best quality has to be my work ethic and being able to lead others without always being vocal but by showing and giving off an example. Being able to be humble but lead others in the right direction by the things I am able to accomplish is something I think many would say.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?

Being able to play a big role and a game changer, I think the spread offense fits my skill set best because I am able to do a lot in open space and make players miss. The positions that fit me best I would have to say RB and Slot WR.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

Adam Trautman

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?

DJ Niculescu

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.

When I was younger as a child, I was taken away from my biological mother and full custody was given to my father. Throughout my life this caused me to grow up and not fully know my mother until I was able to understand the situation at 21 years old. This is something I was able to overcome throughout my life to help me get to where I am today.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?

Being able to overcome the odds and graduate college with a business degree. Before my uncle passed he told me he wanted me to be the first man in our family to graduate college, and it feels good to accomplish that but I know there’s many more accomplishments coming.

Describe one of the most memorable plays of your collegiate career.

My first collegiate touchdown on a run and hearing the crowd cheer. It felt like everything I had worked for my whole life was finally paying off.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?

No other sport, football is the only sport.

What was your major/minor? Other than football, what would be your dream job?

Business Administration. My dream job will never change until it becomes reality. Playing football at the next level.

What have you been working on in the off-season?

Speed. Becoming more explosive in and out of cuts, and being able to move better laterally as well as hip mobility.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?

I try to model my game after the all-time great Barry Sanders, but my favorite athlete is Lebron James and my favorite team would be the Dallas Cowboys.

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies? Do you have any secret talents?

I play video games and sometimes tend to sing/rap when I do not have anything else to do. I like to be creative and do things such as draw and paint as well.

Why do you play football?

I play football because I love the game in which you are able to bond with teammates, get to know people from around the world and create a bond. Football is a team sport so you have to depend on one another and being able to let someone know I have their back and them letting me know they have mine is the reason why I enjoy this game so much.

Who or what motivates you the most?

My father and my uncle. Being able to provide for my family one day doing what I love is what keeps my drive through the roof!
