2021 NFL Draft Prospect: Henry Litwin, WR, Slippery Rock University

Henry Litwin Slippery Rock
Slippery Rock University wide receiver Henry Litwin is a quick, and elusive wide receiver. He is a player to keep an eye on for the 2021 NFL Draft.

Last year I was breaking down film on Roland Rivers and there was a couple wide receivers from Slippery Rock University that stuck out. The player that really blew me away was Henry Litwin the speedy 6000 wide receiver who was Rivers primary target.

Last year, Litwin was a leader in Division two for receiving yards. He caught 103 passes for 1,509 yards and 21 touchdowns, and set an SRU single-season record for receiving yards, receptions, receiving touchdowns and total points scored.

It was not always glitter and pearls though. Litwin came to Slippery Rock and had to redshirt his freshman year. In his second year, he played special teams and finished with just 8 tackles.

In 2018, Litwin began to develop into a target for “The Rock”. He finished his Redshirt Sophomore season with 51 receptions for 841 yards and eight touchdowns. That little taste of blood, is what allowed Litwin to explode onto the NFL scouts scene. With another huge year in 2020, I would not be surprised to see all 32 teams come through Slippery Rock to see their wide receivers.

NFL Draft Diamonds Scouting Notes:

Henry Litwin is one of the best small school wide receivers in the country, and he is hoping for another breakout season like last year. If Litwin can stay on pace or outdo his stats in 2021 everyone in the country will be talking about him. He has turned into a weapon for Slippery Rock and I think he is a beast. He reminds me a lot of Mason Kinsey from Berry College who landed on the Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2020. – Damond Talbot, Owner, NFL Draft Diamonds
