2021 NFL Draft Prospect Interview: Brandon Wright, DB, McPherson College

What was your favorite memory from college?
- Favorite memory from college football was my first career pick-six in my sophomore year.
If you were on a game show and won 100 thousand dollars what would you do with it?
- If I won 100 thousand dollars I’ll give my mother half and invest the rest.
What is your mindset when you are on the football field?
- My mindset on the field is to beat my opponent that’s in front of me the entire game.
So you play for McPherson who are the bulldogs so what bulldog qualities do you have?
- The bulldog quality I have is that I am a dog and play relentless and aggressive.
What was your favorite experience from playing college football?
- Favorite experience from playing college football would have to be Brush Up Mac is where we give back to the community of McPherson Kansas.
What do you do for fun?
- What I like to do for fun is go fishing with my father Leonardo Jackson.

If you were on an island and could only have three things which three things would you have?
- If I was on an island three things I would want is Shelter, Food, and a Fishing Rod.
What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
- What made me want to play football ever since I touched my first football at the age of 6.
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?
- Deion Sanders because he’s great at his position and has a lot of swagger.
What would a team get in a player like you?
- They would get relentless effort also I’m the type of player that’ll do what’s needed and asked to do, and just a pure dog.
If you could live anywhere in the world where and why?
- I will have to say the Bahamas because I have family members there and would want to know more about my Bahamian side of the family.
If you were an animal which animal would you be and why?
- I’ll have to say an eagle because I’ll have free will to literally go wherever I want.
