Tell us about your university/college. What was your major/minor? How is campus life?

My major is in Business Management. My university is pretty big as well, having 14,000 students. I live off campus now which is nice because I don’t have to eat at the dining halls anymore and can cook every day.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?

They would say that my best quality is being a leader by example. Sometimes I’m not the loudest but I always get the little things done right which lead to big plays.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?

My role is being a spark on the team. Whether it’s on the first drive and i’m averaging 8 yards per carry or running/receiving for a long touchdown. I also like the ball in my hands during clutch situations (4 minute offense, 4th and goal, etc.). I can play in a zone or power scheme, I’ve done both. Zone run is what I’ve been used to and it suits my strength which is vision but power run makes me only have to read a couple things which is ultimately easier in my opinion.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

I played against Ben Bartch this past year in the Semi-finals. He was the 116th pick this year and signed with the Jaguars. Very technically sound player.

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?

Ryan Wisniewski. He’s a true playmaker and catches a lot of balls that should not be caught. His field speed is good too for a 6’3” dude.

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.

When I was in fifth and sixth grade, my dad was deployed to Egypt for a year and a half. Having 2 little sisters and a brother who’s much older than me and was going to college at the time, I had to step up and take charge when my Mom wasn’t home at work. I learned to value parents even more because those times were not easy.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?

I would either be playing baseball or wrestling.

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?

Leading my high school football State Championship. My biggest achievement so far is getting All-American honors.

Describe one of the most memorable plays of your collegiate career.

Eau Claire at home last year, I got hit about 3 times, caught myself using my hand to hold me up, and scored a 50 yard touchdown. I remember it so much because it was my first touch of the game and I remember looking for a cameraman on my way to the endzone to see if they captured a front angle of the play.

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?

Favorite athlete is Herschel Walker, and he is who I model my game after.

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?

Drake, 21 Savage, Polo G, or Lil Tecca. “Built My Legacy” by Kodak Black ft. Offset is one of my top pump up songs.

What is your favorite comfort food?

Macaroni and Cheese

Do you have a favorite movie or actor?

Forrest Gump

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?

I play ps4, workout, read, and hangout with friends as well. A cool hobby is playing the Piano. I play piano when I’m at home a lot.

Who or what motivates you the most?

God, My family, and anyone who has helped me or supported me to help get to where I am today. I keep them in my heart every time I step on the field.
