LSU’s LB Patrick Queen scores a 24 on wonderlic exam, Isaiah Simmons not as impressive

LSU linebacker Patrick Queen is a first round pick, and he is also pretty bright. He scored a 24 on his wonderlic exam.

The wonderlic exam does not measure much, but it is used by NFL teams. Today, Bob McGinn of the Athletic reported the wonderlic scores of the top linebackers in the 2020 NFL draft class.

The wild thing is Isaiah Simmons who dominated the athletic part of the Combine struggled with the wonderlic. Patrick Queen and Kenneth Murray on the other hand did a little better scoring in the 20’s.
