NFL Draft

Top rated FCS offensive lineman transfers to Illinois

We had Jeresaty rated as a 5th to 7th round pick if he stayed at Wofford. This is a huge move.

Today, Blake Jeresaty the starting center for Wofford announced he is transferring to Illinois for his senior year.

Jeresaty entered the transfer portal on Monday, and he already has a home. The Wofford All-American had 15 FBS offers, and chose Illinois.

On Saturday, the 6-foot-1, 290-pound FCS All-American offensive lineman committed to Illinois for his final season of eligibility.

Jeresaty started 29 games at center for Wofford. Illinois has a pretty good starting center which means Jeresaty may end up moving to guard for the Illini.
