Draft Diamonds Free Agent Interview: Nate Paxton, Defensive Lineman

Nate Paxton the solid pass rusher formerly of the Indoor Football League, recently sat down with Justin Berendzen of NFL Draft Diamonds.

Hello I am @jrberendzen on Twitter and this is one of my free agent interviews where I ask very deserving free agents questions about the players themselves and about what a team would get in these players. All of these players should get picked up by NFL and CFL teams and get a shot at being a career football player. So I hope you all read this interview with Nate and follow him on Twitter @Godsgift_Nate

1. How was your experience in the Indoor football league?

It was definitely a major blessing. I’m thankful to be doing what I love and getting paid to do so. There was a lot of great talent in that league and it was a great opportunity to get noticed.

2.What do you do for fun?

I love to travel and have game nights with my loved ones.

3.What is your mindset on the football field?

My mindset on the field is one play at a time. You have to be detailed oriented when it comes to football. So I choose to dominate one play at a time.

4.What is your favorite movie?

Space Jam

5. If you were on an island and could only have three things which three things would you have?

My bible, my family, and a resistance band.

6.What is your favorite dinner?

Baked chicken, green beans or asparagus, and roasted potatoes

7.If you could live anywhere in the world where and why?

Hawaii because I’ve always wanted to go there it is so beautiful and looks very peaceful.

8.What is your dream car?

Tesla Truck

9.Who is your favorite superhero?

Superman

10. What would a team get in a player like you?

They would get a leader and a guy who is beyond passionate for the game of football. They would get a true student of the game who work ethic and attention to detail can’t be matched.

11. Who is your favorite TV show?

Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Jamie Foxx Show

12. If you were an animal which animal would you be and why?

I would say a bear because I would be aggressive enough and big enough to not be bothered but peaceful at the same time.
