Rams will spend 23% of their salary this year on players who are on other teams
Salary Cap management is key, and the Los Angeles Rams are in a bad salary cap situation. According to Warren Sharp, the Rams are eating 38 million dollars in dead cap between Brandin Cooks and Todd Gurley.
The crazy thing is the Rams will play the 2020 season while spending 45 million of their 198 million in cap from players who are no longer on their roster.
That is insane!!!
