NFL Draft

Former NDSU LB Jabril Cox followed back coaches from Alabama, Tennessee and LSU

Is Jabril Cox headed to the SEC? It sure sounds like he has interest from some big schools after a stellar career at NDSU.

Jabril Cox the former North Dakota State linebacker who recently entered the transfer portal has some big name schools looking at him already.

Per Max Olson of The Athletic, Cox only followed back coaches of Alabama, LSU and Tennessee.

Cox is a 6-3, 233 pound linebacker who is a two time All-American. He registered 258 tackles, 14 sacks and 32 tackles for loss in his career.

Now with a senior season left to play, Cox is looking to make a move to the SEC, according to his recent Twitter follows.

One potential non-SEC fit could be Kansas State, who hired away Chris Klieman from North Dakota State last season. Klieman and Cox have to have a great relationship, and with the recent arrests at Kansas State, Cox would be a great leader for their defense.
