Xavien Howard’s case was dropped because his girl stopped cooperating with police
According to TMZ Sports, Xavien Howard would have likely been charged for domestic violence but his fiance, stopped working with law enforcement officials.
“The victim said she did not want to proceed with prosecution. She signed an affidavit of non-prosecution,” a spokesperson for the State Attorney’s Office tells us.
“She also stated that it was a ‘situation that got out of hand’ and she has no fear of the defendant and no fear for her safety.”
“There were no other witnesses to the incident and our prosecutors said they were unable to proceed without testimony from the alleged victim.”
This is good for Xavien Howard, but I hope he can change. The phone call to police was a bit concerning from his fiance, she said this was not the first time he became aggressive.
