Five teams who need to call the Vikings to trade for WR Stefon Diggs

Last night, Stefon Diggs removed all his Vikings photos and videos from Instagram and let’s face it he is not happy with the team. He was fined last year in week four after he was a “no show” to practice and now he is removing his photos from IG? Maybe it is nothing, but let’s look at five teams that should absolutely call for the former Maryland pass catcher.

New England Patriots – The Patriots make too much sense. Stefon Diggs contract is 45 million over the last four years and the first year is fully guaranteed. This is an easy decision. I feel the Patriots would absolutely make a trade and give up a draft pick for him. It just depends what the Vikings are asking, but the Patriots are not afraid to trade away a pick for a star player.

Buffalo Bills – The Bills have John Brown, and Cole Beasley and after that they really do not have any stardom at wide out. Diggs would become the number 1 in Buffalo day one. The problem is will he complain about getting the ball? The Bills offense needs a true number one and if the Bills can get him for a 2nd round pick they would be dumb not to pull the trigger.

Washington Redskins – Stefon Diggs hometown is Washington D.C., you have a new coach and if you want to set a culture from day one, show your fans you are committed. This move would be a huge step in the right direction. With Terry McLaurin and Stefon Diggs, second year quarterback Dwyane Haskins would grow as a player. This move makes too much sense.

Cleveland Browns – Listen here, this is a perfect swap a player place. The Browns could send OBJ to the Vikings for Stefon Diggs. This move would help both teams land a playmaker and they can take the contracts with them. The Browns need to get rid of OBJ in my opinion and landing Diggs would be huge.

Indianapolis Colts – If the Colts are going to go out and get Phillip Rivers, they need to give him some weapons. TY Hilton and Stefon Diggs would be fun to watch. That division is weak and I think with the addition of Diggs, the Colts can win that division steadily.
