Tu’a Tagovailoa will make his decision on January 6th, 2020

Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa is a sure fire first round pick, but will he elect to enter the NFL Draft?

Alabama quarterback Tu’a Tagovailoa is the only player on the Alabama roster that received a top 15 draft pick grade when they sent in the names to the NFL, and after beating up on Michigan in the VRBO Citrus Bowl, head coach Nick Saban was asked about Tu’a’s future.

Alabama coach Nick Saban said Wednesday that he had not been told whether quarterback Tu’a Tagovailoa will return to school or enter the NFL draft.

Shortly after Saban addressed the matter, Tagovailoa tweeted: “I’ll be making my decision on the 6th.. God bless and Roll Tide.”

Saban was asked whether Tagovailoa will be ready medically for this year’s April draft or whether it would benefit him to come back to school for one more season.

“I’m not a doctor,” Saban said. “I haven’t operated on anybody’s hip before. I’m struggling to be a good coach, which is plenty to do for me. That’s a question for a medical person. We have a lot of hip specialists that have given the family a lot of information, and we’re going to continue to do that. Our medical staff has done a great job of getting Tua to this point, and his rehab is going well, and that’s what we’re going to be responsible to try to help him with in the short term.”

If he is ready, the Dolphins will be ready to pick him. They love Tu’a and they should the kid is a gun slinger!
