Tell us about your university/college. What was your major/minor? How is campus life?

I graduated May of 2019 with a degree in psychology. I am currently working towards my second degree in criminal justice. The one thing that I love about NCCU is the tight family bond that is shown on the campus and around the city of Durham.

What do your teammates say is your best quality?

I would have to say my relentless work ethic.This summer I gained 20 pounds and my transformation pictures had them amazed.

What kind of role do you see yourself in on the team? What scheme and/or position suits your skill set?

I see myself a lot in a 3-4 structure. Coming off the edge as a pass rusher and as a weak side linebacker blitzing or even dropping in coverage.

Who is the best player you have ever played against in college?

Tom Flacco

Which one of your teammates impresses you the most?

Khalid Blount and Arthur Randell because of their emotion for the game as well as their work ethic .

Describe a time in your life when you were able to overcome a struggle.

When I first came to college, I was a student at Norfolk State University. I tried out for the football team but didn’t make it. So I decided to transfer to North Carolina Central, and I was then able to live out my dream of playing college football.

If you didn’t play football, what other sport would you play?

I wrestled in middle school and some of high school. It was really fun .

What is something that you are most proud of? What would you say is your biggest achievement?

Something That I am most proud of is graduating college because a lot of people don’t do that where I’m from. My biggest achievement would be winning MEAC conference DPOY. Being a true walk on, starting from the bottom, you don’t see that happening a lot .

Do you have a favorite athlete or professional team? Is there a player that you model your game after?

My favorite athlete is Ray Lewis and favorite team is the Browns. I try to model my game after Darius Leonard, being sideline to sideline.

Who is your favorite music artist? What gets you pumped before a game?

My favorite artist is Future.

What is your favorite comfort food?

My favorite foods consist of soul food (chicken, Mac and cheese, candy yams).

What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?

In my spare time I like to play madden and 2k 

Who or what motivates you the most?

God and my family motivates me the most!
